FAIRBANKS—The Fairbanks Ice Dogs manufactured three unassisted goals Friday night, including the one that lifted them to a 4-3 victory over the host Kenai River Brown Bears in the intrastate opener and Midwest Division rivalry in the North American Hockey League.
