FAIRBANKS—A pair of quick goals in the first period on Friday night were enough to give the Coulee Region Chill the lead they wouldn’t give up.
The Chill scored once more in the second period as they beat the Fairbanks Ice Dogs 3-2 in a North American Hockey League matchup at the Big Dipper Ice Arena.
